General Admission price includes booking fee (£25 per ticket + booking fee) and can be purchased here.
Ticket will be required for entry into the main festival. No vouchers for samples are required, all rums consumed from the exhibitors are a part of the ticket price.
*Drink and food offerings are NOT included within the price. 21+ only, ID will be required if deemed necessary. Last pours will be strictly 15 minutes (6:45pm) before the end of the event.
Upon arrival at the venue, your ticket is required for entry (whether printed out or available to show on your phone).
Manchester Rum Festival is an over 21 event. Once the ticket has been bought, it will only be changed or refunded in the case of cancellation.
The event will only be considered to have been cancelled if circumstances are out of our control. In that case, the purchaser can apply for a refund in a period no longer than thirty days from the date of the public announcement of the cancellation.
While every effort is made to ensure that all billed exhibitors are in attendance, Manchester Rum Festival and Drinks Enthusiast reserve the right to change the bill without prior notification.
Bad weather, natural disasters or any other force majeure will not lead to ticket refunds.
The purchase of a ticket for Manchester Rum Festival is for the event itself and not for a specific exhibitor and no refund will be offered in the event of exhibitor cancellations.
The right to admission to Manchester Rum Festival is reserved by the promoter and venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion, and may from time to time carry out security searches. Manchester Rum Festival operates a zero tolerance policy toward illegal substances. You may be asked to produce identification documentation, to verify your age.
No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from the venue on account of being (or appearing to be) under the age of 21, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or disorderly.
